🎯 Story Formula (OLQ Framework): Every TAT story should follow: Situation → Conflict/Challenge → Positive Action by Hero → Constructive Resolution. Your hero must be proactive, socially responsible, morally upright, and solution-oriented. Psychologists identify YOU with the hero — so make your hero a model officer candidate. Avoid stories about accidents, deaths, romantic failures, or surrender.
